Solar Air Heaters

The collector converts the sun radiant energy into thermal energy. Hitting the collector surface, the sun rays heat the solar absorber. The fan starts automatically, and cold fresh outdoor air (SMM-B-V model) or cooled indoor air (SMM-B-H model), passing through the solar absorber, heats up and  transfers into the premises, displacing and replacing the cooled air.

We supply three types of solar air heaters (collectors):
SMM-B-V (outdoor/indoor mode) collectors heat and dry the room. With a built-in fan, fresh outside air passes through the filter, heats up in the solar collector, and the heated air comes into the premises, displacing dampness and cold air.

SMM-B-H (indoor/indoor mode) collectors provide air masses circulation and heating inside the premises. The cooled air from the premises is cleaned, passing through the filter of the built-in fan, heats up in the solar collector, and the heated air comes into the premises, displacing excess moisture. This mode heats indoor air more efficiently.

SMM-UN (universal) collectors can be used in the outdoor/indoor and indoor/indoor mode. The set comes with a control unit that allows you to change the mode when necessary.

Especially for the EU countries, upon request, we supply unique solar hot air collectors with a low noise level (20 dB), as well as collectors for the Northern regions with additional insulation, which allows more efficient heating of the indoor air.
